Mr. Gaoning Ning, Frank, BA, MBA served as General Manager of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (“CRH“) since 1999. Mr. Ning served as the President of CR Holdings and CRNC. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate management, investment and corporate finance, business restructurings and governmental relations. He served as General Manager at China Resources National Corporation. He served as the President of China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited and China Resources National Corporation. He has been the Chairman of COFCO Limited (also known as China National Cereals, Oils & Foodstuff Corp.) since joining it on December 30, 2004. He has been the Chairman of China Mengniu Dairy Co. Ltd. since June 2011. He has been Chairman of China National Cereals Oils & Foodstuffs Import & Export Corp since December 30, 2004. He serves as the Chairman of COFCO (Hong Kong) Limited. He served as the Executive Chairman of the Board of China Foods Limited (formerly, COFCO International Limited) since January 2005 until March 30, 2012. He served as the President Commissioner of LPT Lippo Karawaci Tbk until September 7, 2009. He served as the Non Executive Chairman of China Agri-Industries Holdings Limited from January 2007 to March 28, 2012. He served as the Chairman of China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited from 1998 to December 31, 2004; China Resources Enterprise Limited from 1999 to December 30, 2004 and Hong Kong Building & Loan Agency Ltd. from August 1998 to October 12, 2005. Mr. Ning served as Chairman of the Board of China Resources Land Ltd. from 1996 to December 30, 2004. He served as Chairman of CR land and CRE. He served as Vice Chairman of CR Holdings. He served as Vice Chairman of China Mengniu Dairy Co. Ltd. since August 2009 until June 2011. He served as Deputy Chairman of HongKong Chinese Ltd. (formerly, HKCB Bank Holding Company Ltd.) until January 17, 2002. He also served as Deputy Chairman of HongKong Chinese Bank Limited. He served as Deputy Chairman of China Vanke Co Ltd. from 2002 to January 20, 2005. Mr. Ning served as Vice Chairman of China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited and China Resources National Corporation. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director at Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited since August 24, 2012. He has been an Executive Director of China Foods Limited since January 24, 2005. He has been Independent Non-executive Director of BOC Hong Kong Holdings Ltd. since August 24, 2012. He holds directorships in a number of companies including BOC International Holdings Limited and HIT Investments Limited, both are subsidiaries of China Resources Cement Holdings Ltd.
