Nikhil Prasad Ojha is a partner with Bain & Company in the firm’s New Delhi office, and leads its strategy practice in India. He has 20 years of experience across consulting and general management. Nikhil has worked with large Indian businesses and global relationship clients on profitable growth, organization development (including talent supply issues), performance improvement and innovation.
Prior to joining Bain, Nikhil was with Monitor Group, where he led its India practice as its MD and served on the firm’s Asia-Pacific Leadership Council. Nikhil earned a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a BA with Honors in Economics from Hans Raj College at the University of Delhi. In addition to his responsibilities at Bain, Nikhil has been closely associated with an entrepreneurial floriculture venture based in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. He also serves on the board of Value & Budget Housing Corporation, a low-cost-housing focused real estate company.
