REGISTRATION FEE for 1 executive: USD 1,200 inclusive of service tax USD 900 inclusive of service tax (For Early Bird before February 29th, 2016)
2 executives from the same company: USD 1,800 inclusive of service tax USD 500 (For New Growth leaders, including April 9th, see criteria on website)

Your registration includes access to all sessions on the program as well as lunches and dinners of the Forum. Please note that it does not include transportation or accommodation.

 

Cancellation policyCancellations have to be notified in writing and sent by e-mail to smadja@smadja.ch
Should you need to cancel your participation, you may nominate a replacement. The nominee must be of senior executive level and the substitution will be suspect to approval by the organizing committee.
In the event of a cancellation made:

  • Before February 15th, 2016: full amount minus service tax will be refunded.
  • After February 15th, 2016: 50% amount will be refunded after deducting applicable taxes.
  • No refunds are possible for cancellations received after February 25th, 2016.
