Mr. Miguel Alemán Velasco

Mr. Alemán Velasco is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Interjet ABC the number one low cost airline in Mexico. He has been a Senator and the Governor of the State of Veracruz (PRI). He is the President of the Board and President of the Executive Committee of the Miguel Alemán Foundation, the Chairman of the Mexico Business Summit, and President of the Board of Directors of Alemán Velasco y Asociados A.C. Throughout his professional career, he has been, among other responsibilities, General News Coordinator of Telesistema Mexicano S.A.;; Vice-president of the National Chamber of the Broadcasting Industry;; Vice-president and Executive President of Televisa, S.A. de C.V. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Aeroméxico, the founderof the first branch of the Banco de la Mujer (Women’s Bank) in Veracruz; and President of the Consulting Board of UNICEF in Mexico. He is the President of Museo San Carlos Foundation, a Board Member of the National Prado Museum, and a founding member of the Board of Trustees of the “Miguel Alemán” Professorship at the David Rockefeller Center of Latin American Studies, Harvard University; Mr. Alemán has also had an illustrious journalistic career, has written 21 books, and is at present a columnist for El Universal newspaper.

Ronnie C. Chan is the Chairman of Hang Lung Group Limited and its subsidiary Hang Lung Properties Limited. Following successes in Shanghai, Hang Lung has been investing US$8.4 billion and building a number of world-class commercial complexes in Tianjin, Shenyang, Jinan, Wuxi, Dalian and Kunming. Mr. Chan also co-founded the Morningside Group. Besides, he founded and chairs the China Heritage Fund, is a co-founding director of The Forbidden City Cultural Heritage Conservation Foundation, Beijing, and is an Advisor and former Vice President of the China Development Research Foundation in Beijing. Internationally, he is Co-Chair of the Board of the Asia Society and Chairman of its Hong Kong Center, a Director of the Board of the Peterson Institute for International Economics, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the National Committee on United States-China Relations, and the Committee of 100. He is also the founding Chairman Emeritus of the Asia Business Council. He serves or has served on the governing or advisory bodies of several think tanks and universities, including the World Economic Forum, the Tsinghua University, the University of Southern California, East-West Center, Pacific Council on International Policy, Eisenhower Fellowships, and The Maureen and Mike Mansfield Foundation.

Ms. Cherie Nursalim is the Executive Director of GITI Group, a diversified group with real estate development, manufacturing and consumer lifestyle presence partnering with world-renowned brands throughout the Asia Pacific region. The tire manufacturing business is a leader in the Region, and their companies have variously won Best Employer of Asia award by Hewitt Survey, Best Managed Company in Indonesia by Euromoney, AIA and Heritage Awards in China and Singapore for developments. She serves on the International and Asia Advisory Boards for Columbia University and MIT Sloan School of Management respectively, sits on the board of Yale Center for Environmental Law & Policy, and the Climate Change Center for University of Indonesia. She also serves on China Disabled Persons Foundation Board, China’s largest foundation, and is among the founding members of the Global Philanthropic Circle with Synergos Institute in New York and United in Diversity foundation with presence in Singapore, Indonesia and China. Ms. Nursalim is a board member of the new Gardens by the Bay in Singapore. Ms. Nursalim initiated initiatives for HIV AIDS awareness in Indonesia for GT organization which won awards from UNAIDS, International Labor Organization and the Indonesian government. She is also a frequent organizer of international and education forums including THREE Talk at THREE ON THE BUND. Cherie Nursalim is a recipient of Baiyulan Award from the Shanghai government and was awarded Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. She was listed among the 48 Heroes of Philanthropy by Forbes. She received her Bachelor in Engineering Science and Economics from Oxford University, her Master in Business Administration from Columbia Business School and attended Harvard Kennedy School Young Global Leader program.
Mr. S. Ramadorai
Vice-Chairman, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) & Advisor to Prime Minister

Mr. S. Ramadorai is Vice Chairman of Tata Consultancy Services, a company he has been associated with for the past 39 years. He took over as CEO in 1996 when the company’s revenue was $160 million and has since then led the company through some of its most exciting phases, including its going public in 2004. In October 2009, he stepped down as CEO, leaving a $6 billion global IT services company to his successor, while he took over the mantle of Vice Chairmanship of the company. Today, the company’s revenue stands at $10.17 billion for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012, with an employee base of over 238,583 IT consultants in 42 countries. Mr. Ramadorai is also the Chairman of Tata Elxsi Ltd, Tata Technologies Ltd, CMC Ltd and CRL Ltd and sits on the boards of a number of non-Tata companies and educational institutions – Tata Industries, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Bombay Stock Exchange and the MIT Sloan School of Management (EMSAB). In February 2011, S. Ramadorai stepped into public service when the Indian Government appointed him as the Advisor to the Prime Minister in the National Skill Development Council, in the rank of Cabinet Minister. The Council, which is headed by the Prime Minister, seeks to develop a strategy for skill development at the national level with a view to address the skill deficit.
