Diao Chunhe
Chairman, China International Contractors Association (CHINCA), People’s Republic of China

Born in 1955, Mr. Diao Chunhe is the chairman of China International Contractors Association (CHINCA). Mr. Diao has extensive knowledge of international economic cooperation business due to his previous years of experience working in the Department of Foreign Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Commerce. Mr. Diao graduated from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) with a master degree.

CHINCA is the national organization formed by Chinese international project investors, contractors, labor service companies and related service providers. Since its establishment in 1988, CHINCA has been actively performing its duty of communicating appeals, strengthening self-discipline and providing service for the purpose of driving the sound development of our members and promoting the rapid and sound progress of China’s international investment and economic cooperation business. CHINCA now has more than 1,300 members, among which 52 has been listed on the TOP 225 of ENR.
