IPAN Hill+Knowlton Strategies
Radhika Shapoorjee is the President of IPAN Hill+Knowlton Strategies, India & South Asia. Her responsibilities are to market and build thought leadership in the marketplace, develop strategic businesses and acquisitions, and drive expansion into new territories within India, and in the region which includes Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.
She is a trusted advisor on crisis, messaging, positioning and managing issues. She has created innovative campaigns linked with business outcomes for various sectors including Technology, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Finance, Government, as well as Political Parties and Industry Associations.
She joined IPAN in March 2007 as Vice President, and was elevated to lead the firm as President in March 2008. In 2009, she was instrumental in the integration of IPAN with Hill+Knowlton Strategies.
Prior to IPAN Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Radhika was Chief Innovation & Quality Officer at Burson-Marsteller where she provided strategic counsel to clients across sectors.
Radhika was a distinguished Jury member at the Prestigious 2014 Cannes International Festival of Creativity. She is part of the Aspen Global Leadership Network and her project on the Human Corporate is gathering momentum. Radhika is also on the advisory committee of India@75, a key initiative of CII (Confederation of Indian Industry). She has been the jury member for the prestigious Spikes Asia Award held in Singapore in 2011 and Sabre Awards, India. She has written for the Marketing Whitebook brought out by Businessworld.
She is a graduate in History (Honours) from St. Stephen’s College.
