Should you need to cancel your participation, you may nominate a replacement. The nominee must be of senior executive level and the substitution will be subject to approval by the organizing committee In the event of a cancellation made:
 
a) Before February 15th, 2016 -> full amount minus service tax will be refunded
b) After February 15th, 2016 -> 50% amount will be refunded after deducting applicable taxes
c) No refunds are possible for cancellations received after February 25th, 2016
Cancellations have to be notified in writing and sent by e-mail to thegrowthnet@anantacentre.in
