Ralph Voltmer, Chair of Covington’s India Practice, has been active in India for over a decade working with companies such as Reliance Industries, Reliance Jio Infocomm, BKT, ICICI Bank, Interglobe, Jubilant Life Sciences, and OmniActive Health Technologies. He advises clients on cross-border and US domestic transactions. He has advised clients on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and has led more than $3 billion in financings in Asia, Europe and Latin America. He has particular experience representing clients in the media, communications and technology sectors.
